CribMaster is a state-of-the-art tool crib management system designed to automate your tool crib. CribMaster tracks tools and MRO items; handles gauges, kits and assemblies; automates your purchasing needs; and provides more than 170 standard and custom reports. The Preventive Maintenance Module keeps track of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for your machines and facilities to make sure your shop keeps operating at full capacity.
CribMaster was developed specifically for Industrial Manufacturers using the latest technology. It is designed specifically for Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT and Windows XP which makes CribMaster both fast and easy to use. Its main screen has three toolbars containing colorful icons to help you maneuver through the system. A toolbar for maintenance allows you to quickly view information about employees, machines, jobs, departments, cells, bins, inventory items, gauges and vendors.
Issuing An Item
CribMaster makes issuing items a breeze. Select or scan the employee ID, override the machine, job, department, and cell, if needed, and select the item or items from the list of bins. You can print a pick sheet or simply view the screen to locate each item. Inventory and stock information are updated immediately. All critical information — including purchasing and historical information for each item — is a button click away.
