Purchasing
CribMaster’s Purchasing/Receiving system will automatically calculate your order points and optimum order quantities. The purchasing system can run either automatically or as authorized by the purchasing clerk. Your crib will be more efficient and responsive than ever.
Receiving
CribMaster’s easy- to- use receiving system allows you to receive your inventory quickly and easily. Select the items on the screen or use the bar coder to select the item and quantity received. View open P.O.’s by Purchase Order, Supplier, or Crib.
Red Flag Reporting
CribMaster’s Red Flag report allows you to set up weekly, monthly, and annual budgets for employees, departments, jobs, cells, machines, and inventory items. Each time one of the budget amounts is exceeded, a Red Flag is set. The Red Flag reports will show you who exceeded the budgets and by how much. You can also reference the Red Flag history and see who has been on track and who has not. This invaluable management report will give you the information that you need to recognize and correct problems sooner.
