Bin Access
CribMaster allows you to create bin access groups and then assign each employee to one or more of the groups. You can create an Access Group for each Department or Cell. This Access Group will contain a list of items that these employees can access. Simply assign each employee to a group and their access will become limited to the items in that Access Group.
Security
CribMaster’s security system allows you to set up individual privileges for each employee or employee group. Crib attendants can have access to one area, while the purchasing agent can have access to another. This gives you total control over employee access to each CribMaster feature.
Multiple Users
CribMaster is Multi User Enabled. Multiple crib attendants can be active on the system simultaneously. Before beginning a transaction, each attendant presses his or her ID button (on the Tool Bar) to enable a personal set of screens and permissions. You can also change users by scanning your ID badge with the bar-code scanner.
